At Electric Visual, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label and a packing slip to include inside your parcel.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
